We are looking for participants at least forty years of age that are current smokers or have smoked at least 20 cigarettes for 2 or more years. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires, be able to complete breathing tests, and allow the research staff to perform EKGs and obtain blood samples.  You will receive free rescue medication and will be compensated for each visit you complete.   Enrollment for this study is expected to be completed at the end of February.
